ON gb*-CLOSED SETS IN TOPOLOGICAL SPACES

In this paper we introduced a new class of closed sets in a topological space called - generalized b*- closed sets (briefly gb*-closed sets) and some of its characteristics are investigated. Further we studied the concepts of gb*-open sets and gb*- T1/2 space.
