A Novel Method of Vehicle Accident Protection and Early Precaution System

This paper mainly focuses on the controlling of road accidents due to DRUNKEN DRIVE. This is achieved by the advancement of ASU (Alcohol Sensor Unit). ASU drives the entire vehicle as a primary device/unit. ECU (Engine Control Unit) and (Electronic Control Unit) is a secondary device. FS (Force Sensor) and ASU has been managed by the PIC microcontroller to lead this paper. This technology offers new and exciting opportunities to reduce the road accidents. All these techniques are successfully merged in a single ASU. This system offers a complete, low cost, powerful resultant in road accident control. To demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed system, a new device, ASU have been developed and evaluated with the vehicles like car, trucks etc.
